1.) Form the leads on the capacitors as shown above and solder from the pad to the outside ground area.2.) Be sure that the turns on the coil are separated by a distance equal to the diameter of the wire3.) Form the leads on the coil as shown above.4.) Solder the coils in place as shown below.5.) Use a metal box with a little clearance at either end. Drill holes out for the SO239 connectors.6.) Mount the SO239 connectors with 4 4-40 bolts and nuts and place a ground lug under one nut at each end.7.) Place the filter into the box, hold in place with some hot melt glue. Solder a short piece of bus wire from the center conductor of the SO239 to the first pad on one end and repeat for the other end. See below.8.) Solder a piece of bus wire from the ground lug of the S)239 connector to the ground side of the filter board on each end. Place cover on box.
